Please allow a few days for your order to process. We will try to get your order as soon as possible.
For international shipping, some countries and regions may require you to pay additional customs/duties and taxes so please check with your local customs office.
Once your order has been processed and you’ve received your tracking information, the delivery of your package is no longer our responsibility. Please contact USPS for any updates reguarding the status of your shipment. For any international orders that are in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is held up in customs.
If a package has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to organize a new delivery.
We will do our best to help with any delivery issues that we can.
